Cloverdale Skating Club is excited to share that we are co-hosting the WinterSkate Competition with the BC Coast Region (BCCR) this year. The event will take place right here at our home rink, the Cloverdale Sport and Ice Centre, from January 29 to February 1. Because this is a home-club event and we are working closely with BCCR to run it, we will be needing a large number of volunteers to help make the weekend a success.
This is an ideal opportunity for families in Star Academy, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and High Performance to earn their volunteer credits, and there will be many roles available to match different interests, abilities, and schedules. Volunteering at a home event like this is a wonderful way to support our skating community, strengthen our club spirit, and help ensure that our skaters have an incredible competition experience.
We are thrilled to be part of this event and will be posting all volunteer information, sign-ups, and details VERY soon. Thank you in advance for your support and for helping us make WinterSkate 2026 an exceptional experience for everyone involved.
