Fall 2023 Off Ice Schedule

We are happy to announce that two new off ice instructors will be joining our coaching team for Fall 2023!  

They will be working with the skaters during our Tuesday and/or Thursday off ice classes.

 ! PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OFF ICE LOCATIONS WILL CHANGE SOME WEEKS ! 

Refer to this schedule before you arrive

• Tuesday classes, please make sure you have proper shoes and a water bottle. 
• Thursday classes please bring a Yoga Mat and Yoga Block to each class.
